The site collects no more than it needs to get your hats to you. Here is exactly what that is.
Who is responsible

What is stored when you buy
Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, along with what you bought and what you paid.
Why
To send you the item and answer questions about your order, and to keep the bookkeeping right. The legal basis is our contract with you, and for the bookkeeping a legal obligation.
Who else processes the data
Cloudflare runs the site and the database. Postnord delivers the parcels. They process the data on Kicki's behalf and may not use it for anything else.
For how long
Names and addresses are cleared from the shop 400 days after an order is closed. The payment appears on Kicki's bank statement, and what the bookkeeping requires is kept for seven years under Swedish law.
If you write to us
What you write in the contact form or the withdrawal form is kept until the matter is settled, so that Kicki can answer you.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and does not track you. Your basket is stored in your own browser and does not leave it until you go to checkout.
Your rights
You have the right to know what is stored about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to how it is used. Email kicki.are@telia.com.
If you think something is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
