Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from the shop at kicki.net. If anything is unclear, just ask.

Prices
Prices are in Swedish kronor and are the ones shown at checkout. They include 25 per cent Swedish VAT. VAT number SE640929822801.
Payment
You pay once the order is placed. The details are shown on the confirmation page and in the email you receive. Use your order number as the payment reference so Kicki can match it. The items are reserved for you meanwhile. Kicki does not accept card payments.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within Sweden. Shipping costs 22 kronor per item and is free on orders of 700 kronor or more.
Orders are sent with Postnord and normally arrive within three days.
If an item sells out
Stock is updated as you shop, so it should be accurate. If an item still runs out, Kicki will get in touch and refund what you paid for it.
Your right to withdraw
You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, counted from the day you received the item. Use the form on the Withdraw from a purchase page, or email kicki.are@telia.com. You will receive confirmation that your request has arrived.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. Send it to Kicki Johansson, Grimstavägen 5, 837 95 Undersåker, Sweden.
You get your money back within 14 days of the item arriving, to the account you paid from. If you have handled the item more than you would have been able to in a shop, you pay for that loss in value.
If something is wrong with the item
Get in touch as soon as you notice, and at the latest three years after the purchase. Describe what is wrong, ideally with a photo. If the fault was there from the start, Kicki will put it right at no cost to you.
If we disagree
You can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. Kicki follows their recommendations.
